What is Unique Disability ID Card

• Click on the register option on this page.
• After filling the form, uploading the required documents and two-color passport size photos, clicking on the submit option will complete the registration process.
• After this, the message of the enrollment number will come on the registered mobile number and email id of the applicant.
• To know the status of your registration application, use this link UDID card status. Write your enrollment on the page.
• To download your unique disability ID, you will have to log in by writing the enrollment number (UDID number), date of birth, and code. After this, the download UDID card has to be downloaded.
